6 Healthy Tips

When couples have difficulty bearing a child, people wrongly assume that the problem lies with the women.   In fact, problems are equally among both genders.   Statistics have shown that 35% of fertility problems are associated with a men’s need to increase male fertility.
Problems on male fertility is upsetting since it affects so many factors.  These factors are associated with sperm disorders, testicular injuries, genetic disorders, tube blockages, medications, and problems with hormones and organ functions. However, infertility centers have recommended various treatments that can help increase male fertility.
Enumerated below are some ways on how to increase male fertility safely:
1. Cut down on your vices.  Studies have shown that drug and alcohol consumption may lead to problems with a man's sperm count.  More over, smoking is not only bad for the health, but it may also have an effect on the number and quality of sperm.   To increase male fertility, it is advised to limit use of these substances. But always consider taking a supplement like vimax
2. Follow a balanced diet.  Eating unhealthily as well as obesity can affect male fertility.  Try to stay away from unhealthy processed foods and go for healthy alternatives such as vegetables, whole grains, nuts and fiber-rich food.  However, maintaining your ideal weight is not synonymous to food deprivation as this may result in a loss of sex drive and structural complications in one's reproductive organs.
3. Keep a healthy mind and body to increase male fertility.   Exercise can increase sperm quality by lessening stress and improving overall health.   Be cautious to avoid unnecessary strain on the testicles during exercise. Also, try to incorporate PC exercises in your workout as this can improve blood circulation, which is beneficial for your reproductive system.   The exercises have enhanced man’s erection and ejaculation.
4. Don’t forget your vitamins and minerals.  Vitamins C and E as well as minerals such as zinc and selenium are known to boost sperm production and motility.
5. Remain cool.  Men’s testicles must be kept cooler than the rest of the body.   This is done by avoiding hot baths, sauna and tight-fitting clothing.  After hours sitting, a good walk is recommended to increase circulation to this area.
6. Avoid harmful medications.  Low sperm counts and poor sperm mobility have been associated with the use of recreational drugs such as cocaine.   Long term use of muscle-building drugs like steroids can benefit and hamper your health since it improves muscle strength and endurance and at the same time reduces sperm count.
